tcon projects ltd was incorporated in Cyprus in 2004 by Tony Constantinides as a vehicle with which to provide Project and Construction Management consultancy services in the international arena.

Tony has, over the course of his career gained extensive and varied experience in the International Construction and Development sector having worked largely in the Middle East, Europe, Eastern Europe and briefly Africa and the Far East.  He has held Director level positions with large multinational consultancies and has been responsible for some of the largest single developments in the world, located in the Middle East and some in the most remote of locations, such as Cape Verde.

The tcon projects ltd business activity has now been expanded to include our own in-house property developments in Cyprus where, the expertise and knowledge gained internationally can be applied on our projects.

Our strategy for the tcon projects ltd developments is to provide affordable luxury housing in prime residential locations using only professionally renowned architects, engineers and reputable contractors.  Extensive and detailed design and planning is carried out prior to commencement of construction and the execution of the projects is quality controlled and supervised from the first day on site right through to completion and handover.

Our aim is to provide large company expertise and capability with small company flexibility ensuring our personal involvement in each project.
